The Local Exchange Trading Scheme for Hemel Hempstead and surrounding area.

How much does it cost?

The annual subscription is £12. This is towards the cost of hiring the hall each month and sundries like printing costs. In the first year we give you 12 Hemps to encourage you to start trading. In subsequent years, as part of your renewal, you pay 24 Hemps. You may also join as a couple or family for the same price.

Members receive a Newsletter and Directory each month, and a statement of their account twice a year, one at the start of April (when membership renewal is due),and one in November before our annual auction.

You are encouraged and advised to read the Member's Agreement before you complete and send in your Membership Form.
